Things that you should know:
- All customers who have not arranged payment terms with us must pay by credit card at the time you order. If you submit your order as a Purchase Order, then you will be required to submit payment prior to your order being processed. If you would like to inquire about payment terms then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are local to Chattanooga, TN and we deliver your order, then you will need to choose one of the listed shipping options (Local Delivery is not an option on the site at this time). Submit your order as a Purchase Order and do not pay yet. We will change the shipping to Local Delivery and send you a corrected invoice.
- If your order qualifies fro free shipping(Orders of $500 or more qualify) Then please submit your order as a PO so we can adjust the shipping charges. We will email you an updated invoice that can be paid online or by check if you have terms.
- If you would like to print out a price-list then you can do so via the wholesale portal. Instructions Below.
1. Select the 'My Account' menu and choose 'Price Lists'
2. Select the Price list you would like to download to the left.
3. From the drop down menu select pdf, and click the print button.
Your price list should download or open up and you can save/print as you wish.
